Gold and silver bars have a different and indicative delivery time.

Orders for gold bars and silver bars are final and binding once the agreement has been concluded. These products cannot be cancelled, withdrawn from, returned or exchanged, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Any stated or discussed delivery times are indicative only. The actual delivery time may differ due to market conditions, availability, suppliers, refineries, transport or other external factors. A longer delivery time does not entitle the Customer to cancellation, refund, compensation, price reduction or set-off, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
