Sending & Return policy
As a customer, you have the right to return or exchange your purchase online or in the shop within 14 days, provided it has not been worn and/or altered or specially manufactured to order. With physical purchases in our shop, we can not give you a refund, you will however receive a credit that is valid for one year. This does not apply when you buy something online from us. In that case you always get your money back.
1) You can return the article in the original packaging.

After receivement we will take care of the return shipment. After checking and approval we will refund the money as soon as possible!
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please follow the return procedure described above. You can order and pay for the new desired item again via our webshop.
Items purchased in the shop can of course be exchanged or returned in the shop.
In case of warranty, please contact us first. Please follow the steps mentioned above under 'Return policy', giving a clear description of the defect or fault on paper.
We take great care in packing and shipping your order.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for the processing of the shipment by the postal service.
